libdolphinvcs-dev software package provides library to show version control in Dolphin - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdolphinvcs-dev
libdolphinvcs-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdolphinvcs-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdolphinvcs-dev *
You will get with libdolphinvcs-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
